Hey, I'm Simon. What I do, at its heart, is simple: I create spaces where people can breathe a little deeper… soften a little… and remember themselves.
Most of us walk around carrying stories, expectations, old habits of who we're supposed to be. In my work, we gently set some of that down. We move, we listen, we play, we're present with what's real — in the body, in the heart, in the space between us.

I work across a range of forms — based in Amsterdam, offering workshops, retreats, and events across Europe. What connects everything is the same intention: helping people arrive more fully in their bodies, their truth, and their relationships.
